Smooth Roll Crusher Type 2411/Single Roll Crusher Design
Roller crusher has been widely used in coal mining, metallurgy, cement, glass and ceramic industry, for its simple structure, compact design, easy operation, reliable performance etc. Roller crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hard, brittle and soft materials, such as coal, coal gangue, coal coke, limestone, gypsum and so on. Smooth Roll Crusher Type 2411/Single Roll Crusher Design mainly consists of frame, rotary device, crushing roller, adjustment device and spring safety device, etc. When working, the two rollers rotate toward each other, and the minerals will enter between them, by action of the friction, the minerals will be sent into the crushing space for pressing. Due to the gravity of minerals, they will be discharged out from the gap of two rollers. And the minimum distance of the two rollers is the width of the discharge size.
Adjustment of the discharging size: There is a wedge or gasket adjustment device between two rollers. At the top of the wedge adjustment device, there is an adjusting bolt. When the bolt pull wedge upward, the wedge will make the movable roller jack away from the fixed roller, thus the gap of two rollers become larger, so as the discharging size. Of course, under the reversed situations, it will become smaller. For gasket adjustment device, it adjusts the discharging size by means of increasing and decreasing the pieces or thickness of the gaskets. Increasing pieces will make the gap become larger, the reverse is smaller.
