Ball Mill For Quartz/Alumina Ceramic Ball Mill
Ball mill is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball mill is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grind able materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry. This ball mill machine changes the intrinsic grinding mill structure. Its body and ground plank are an integral whole. So when fixing, it can be lowered on a plane surface once only. Use double tiered roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce energy cost by 30%. The intrinsic grille pattern forcing evacuation is instead by over fall pattern controlling one. This can improve the milling of the granule and the quantity dealt with is reduced by 15-20%.
Alumina Ceramic Ball Mill/Ball Mill For Quartz is mainly composed of a feeding mouth, a discharging mouth, the rotary part and the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gears, engine and electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the interior lining board changeable. The big rotary gear is fabricated with the casting gear hobbing, with the abrasion resistant lining board in the cylinder. This machine operates smoothly and reliably.
The ball mill, like a grate, which is a horizontal cylinder rotating device driven by gears with two silos. Put the materials into the first silo through the feeding quill shaft from the feeding device spirally and evenly. The ladder lining board or corrugated lining board in the first silo loaded with steel balls are with different sizes. The centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the cylinder raises the steel balls to a certain height which then fall down, the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the cylinder raises the steel balls to a certain height which then fall down, thus making a thump and abrasion to the materials. After the first silo coarse grinding, the materials get into the second silo through the monolayer partition panel with flat lining board embedded with steel sections for further crushing. The powder of the materials will be discharged from the unloading board to finish the grinding work.
