As we all know, cone crushers mainly use the strong centrifugal force to crush materials. The strong centrifugal force is caused by the high-speed revolution of movable cones. So, we can clearly see the importance of movable cones. To ensure the crushing efficiency of cone crushers, we make the structural upgrades toward the traditional movable cones.

Along with the increasing hardness of stones, load and working periods, crushing cones have to bear the increasing force and finally have cracks on surface. More seriously, the crushing cones may be abandoned. To improve the strength of crushing cone and prolong its service life, we make the structural improvement.

When accessories bear the alternating stress, we think that the improvement of fatigue limit is of key importance to improve the resistance for fatigue damage. To this, we make the following two measures through the analysis on stress of movable cones.To reduce the chance to have stress concentration, we increase the knuckles.

Meanwhile, to increase the thickness of relevant portion and optimize the structure of other parts, we improve the casting precision.Since the upgradedcone crusheris put into actual work, it works steadily and effectively avoids the early abandonment. Meanwhile, the crushing cone has longer service life. The whole production cost is greatly reduced.
