To realize the smooth work of roller crusher, bearing is of key importance. Good lubrication has great relationship with service life of bearing. It can directly influence the service life and running ratio of roller crusher. Therefore, people has high demands toward the oil used to lubricate bearings. Meanwhile, the sealing work for oil is also in strict demands.

Aiming at the current sealing situation for bearing of roller crusher, we make the retrofit optimization on the basis of original sealing device. Under the situation that we do not change the size of original accessories, we can change the retrofit end from radially to axially.

During the upgrading process, we add a sealing ring at the retrofit end and make the bearing sealing quite tight. By doing so, we can protect the oil pipe from being polluted by dust. Meanwhile, we can prolong the service life of bearings.The upgraded sealing device of bearing has features of innovative design, simple structure, cheap cost and excellent performance.
