At present, the traditional VSI crusher at market has been far from the capacity to meet the increasing demands of customers. We firmly believe that as long as we make the continuous innovation and upgrade on VSI crusher, it will stand out among so many brands in one day!

Problems that traditionalVSI crusherhas mainly include the following aspects.At first, the stone content in finished products is very high and it is not stable. The major reasons may be the distance between hammer handles, poor materials for making hammer or poor wear resistance of hammer.

If VSI crusher works for a long period and there is not any protective measures, hammer head will be worn out and distance between hammer head and linear plate will increase. More seriously, some stones will not be crushed and discharged out directly.To explain the high powder rate in finished products, we can take three aspects into consideration.

At first, weight and number of hammers are not reasonably allotted. If so, those crushed materials will be crushed again. Secondly, stones to be crushed by VSI crusher have complex components inside and their strength are not consistent. During the working process, those soft stones are easier to be crushed into powders.

Since hammers equipped in VSI crusher are in whole, it is not easy to change or adjust them. Inspection door is too large and it is in semicircle. It is difficult to be opened or closed.It is urgent for us to develop the newly VSI crusher. Luckily, we successfully produced this type in the beginning of 2016. Welcome you to come for site visit!
