VSI Crusher/VSI Sand Maker

Traditional VSI crusher has many problems. To realize the high-efficient tertiary crushing, we make the following improvements. As to the hammer disk, we widen its diameter to 600-650mm. All hammer handles are covered by upper disk and stones are hard to be leaked out.Meanwhile, hammer disk plays the roles of material bulking and material dispersing.

All stones have the chance to be crushed.For hammer heads, we change them from in whole to in group. By doing so, we are easy to adjust and change them, make the distance between hammer head and linear plates always be in 5-10mm. Meanwhile, it is rare to see the large stones in finished products.

To reduce the steel consumption and save time for overhaul, we make the hammer head with the world-advanced materials.To improve the service life of hammer head, we make the hammer sleeve with alloy steel.To improve the wear resistance, we change the temperature of toothed angle to 60℃.

It is better to keep the opening angle of inspection door to 120℃. Inspection door should be placed right in front of feeding mouth. By doing so, we are convenient to install the multi unit and realize the management overhaul.Dynamo, being equipped inVSI crusher, is vertical dynamo, which is often placed on the top of main body.

As to the revolving speed of dynamo, it is better to be controlled from 730r/m to 750r/m. Every index of upgraded VSI crusher is more excellent than that of traditional VSI crusher. If you are interested in our machines, pls contact with our service staff online.
