The Fote Smooth Roll Crusher fills a critical need in the preparation of clay or other raw materials, such as coal fines, coke breeze or gypsum waste, smashing or flattening pebbles or plastic lumps to produce thin, flat discs, strips or sheets of material. The Smooth Roll Crusher’s consistent, predictable output can be set to the desired thickness by adjusting the machine’s roll setting and is ready for further processing or pugging.

Roller Crusher is ideally used for crushing slag and is secondary process after jaw crusher. The material passes through jaw crusher and then fed through Roller Granite Crusher. As the material passes through Roller Crusher heavy duty boaters inside the crusher crush the material into 3 mm to 12 mm size. Material crushed by Roller Crusher is a mixture of Metal Contaminates & Sand Contaminates that goes to the third process.
