Grinding Mill
The common mill can be divided into the ball mill, column mill, bar mill, tube mill, self-grinding machine, rotary mortar roller mill, vertical mill, multi-layer vertical mill, vertical roller mill, disc mill, DMC mill and so on. For the mill has a small footprint, the finished particle size screening rate can up to 99%. The engine of the mill with balanced transmission, low noise and is simple to install and maintain. Besides, it's operation is reliable and with no pollution. The mill is suitable for mineral products dry ultra-fine powder processing which is widely considered as the ideal equipment for the grinding industry especially for small enterprises.
The Scope of Grinding MillUsage
The grinding mill is suitable for grinding barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, gypsum, quartz stone, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, aged soil, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, chromium ore, slag and other non-flammable and explosive materials with humidity less than 6%. It is used for processing and finished products of 280 kinds of materials in mineral, chemical and building materials industries. The particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 80-325 meshes.
Precautions before and after Installation of the Grinding Mill
Before installing the grinding mill, it is necessary to check whether the configuration relationship between the foundation and the buildings and adjacent units is correct, whether the elevation of the foundation and the dimensions of the main parts conform to the dimensions specified in the unit installation drawing, and at the same time, the construction quality of the foundation should be carefully checked.
If the foundation meets the design requirements, the foundation surface can be cleaned, the loose floats on the top of the foundation can be removed with a wind shovel or a manual tool, and the center line and elevation of the foundation at the installation site can be marked. If there is residual oil on the base surface, it should be treated with caustic sodium and neutralizer, or remove enough depth to avoid affecting the bonding between mortar and foundation.
After the inspection and preparation of the equipment and foundation, the installation can proceed.
When the milling machineis installed, it should run empty (without medium or material) for 8 hours, during which the transmission gear should not have abnormal noise; lining plate should not have knocking sound; reducer amplitude should not exceed 0.05 mm; transmission shaft amplitude should not exceed 0.08 mm; main bearing amplitude should not exceed 0.1 mm. The circular run-out of the end face of the main bearing shall meet the requirements of the aforementioned installation. After idling is qualified, load trial operation shall be carried out. Before starting, the cylinder should be filled with 20%-30% abrasive medium. After starting, the material should be added. Every 2 hours of operation, 10%-25% medium should be added until the full load, and the operation should continue for 24 hours. If everything is normal, it can be put into use. The commissioning of tubegrinding mill shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of equipment technical documents.
