FXZ-160 automatic plastic cap close sealing capping machine

The machine is mainly used in the irregular lid’s revolving for the industry of foodstuff, daily chemicals, cosmetics and cultural product, for instance, the lid with spray nozzle and irregular shaped lid, they are completed to revolve by the machine. (Meanwhile, it also has the function of dismantling the tightened lid. For example, the fermented tofu bottle, after its lid was sealed, need dismantle the lid to add material then revolve it again. Because of using straight bottle-feeding way, so it suits for the lid-revolving of all kinds of vessel.)

Handle a variety of bottle types including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass as well as various shapes and sizes
Heavy duty stainless steel 304 frame construction and anodized aluminum components
C-frame design rolls up to existing conveyor
Vibratory or centrifugal for option depending on caps
A optional cap elevator used to increase efficiency
Variable speed drive controls for spindle wheels and gripper belts
Stainless steel cap chute, tool-less for ease of changeover
A cap stabilizer to assist in starting caps
Gripper belt assembly with adjustable bottle gripper belts
Six tightening spindles (three sets)
Individually adjustable spindles with locking knobs
