Feeding part:
Die-cutting part:
1)Centrifugal casting steel cylinder, the computer dynamic balancing correction, surface grinding, hard chromium plating, and increase the running stability. 2)Die cutter fixed screw holes spacing of 100 * 100 mm
3)Apply to cutting die height 25.4 mm
4) die cutting roller diameter :432mm (without the wooden die )
5)Die-cutting roller cylinder type auto separation unit, it can up and down by pneumatic ,and delay time ,there is photoelectric, so when the paperboard through , then the die cutting roller will lift up , decrease wear of rubber.
1)Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating
2)Balance correction, increase the running stability
3)rubber thickness is 10mm , width is 230mm or 250mm
4) rubber roller diameter is 434.2mm(without the rubber)
1) Mechanical horizontal 40 mm move device, die-cutting uniform linear speed automatic compensation of weighing, can make the die cutting rubber even wear, prolong service life.
2)Repair the use of electric repair device, improve the rubber repeat utilization rate, can repair 3-4 times.
3).Linear speed automatic compensation, to ensure that each batch of carton die-cutting size exactly.
1).Six levels of fine grinding gear using 40cr material, low noise, long service life.
2).Lubrication system, adopting the mechanical pump oil supply device, automatic spray the circulating oil, lubricate evenly, improve the service life of gear.
3).phase adjustment is by electric.
