Production flow of PVC Window Sill Production Line : material mixing-double screw extrusion-die-vacuum sizing-cooling-adjustment-hauling off-cutting-unloading-membrane addition.
The production line is stable, highly productive, durable and its products are ensured flat smooth surface, brightness of high ratio, as well as accurate sizing.
Electric system applies SIMENS contacts, ABB Frequency Converter, Omron Temperature controller.
The manufacture product is 500-1000 mm width and 20-40 thickness. With further membrane addition, the products are good-looking and elegant as an ideal decoration material.
