Waterproof coiled membrane production line/ TPU, EVA, PVC Wide Geotextile (Geomembrane) Production Line
TPU waterproof membrane production line using the latest technology adopting solid roller composite process, which caused the wind resistance of Chinese domestic products to meet the standards of imported products. TPU waterproof coiled membrane is made of thermoplastic polyolefin adding antioxidants, softeners and then extrusion and forming, the middle reinforced layer is polyester mesh, the surface is coated with textile fiber and aluminum foil, finally made as new type water-proof coiled geotextile membrane. TPU waterproofing membrane has excellent weather resistance and flexibility, mainly applied to roofing, basement, tunnel and other construction waterproof field.

PVC, EVA, PE waterproof coiled geomembrane production line is mainly used in the production of PVC floor leather products and PVC waterproof membrane products. PVC flooring has the features of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti slip, anti seepage, flame retardant performance, widely used in locomotives, hotels, entertainment halls, pavilions, families. PVC waterproof coiled membrane can be used for roofing waterproofing in the variety of industrial and construction field, waterproof engineering of basement, reservoir, dam, road tunnel, railway tunnel, air raid shelter, grain depot, garbage disposal plant, waste water treatment and other building.
PVC waterproofing membrane uses high-grade PVC resin as the main raw material, adding amount of filler and stabilizer, plasticizer, UV absorbers and other auxiliary materials, through the process of mixing, extrusion, cooling, rewinding, metering, packaging etc. to form new type water-proof geomembrane. This production line has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, can produce single-layer and multi-layer composite products just by equipping with different components according to customer s requirements; it can also equip with the unwinding device, to produce reinforced products or surface composite non-woven fabrics and PVC decorative film products etc.. The production line is composed of: SJZ80/156 conical double-screw extruder, SJZ92/188 conical double-screw extruder, die head, six roller calender, temperature control system, upper and lower unwinding device, edge cutting device / cooling bracket, online crushing machine, haul-off machine, horizontal cutting device, double-station rewinder, mixing / feeding system, electrical control system.
