PE/PP/PA/ABS Strand Pelletizing (Cold-cutting) Line

PE/PP/PA/ABS Strand Pelletizing (Cold-cutting) Line consists of single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, machine die, water tank, dewatering machine, granulator, air sending device, storage silo, electric control system, etc.

This line mainly focuses on the materials of polyolefin solution in accord with their characteristics of high melting point and high viscosity, such as PE PP, ABS materials. The screw is exclusively designed and structured which is appropriate for the pelletizing, coloring and reproduction of various materials. Its production output is twice of common type machines. The rotating cutter has properties of stable rotation, well-distributed cut, energy saving, safe operation and so on. Specific design of die makes the pelletizing particles more equally cut and well distributed, and the hardening treatment makes the device long-lasting.
