Single Screw Extruder
Single-screw extruder is mainly used to extrude thermoplastic plastics, such as flexible, rigidPVC, PE, etc., and can process a variety of plastic products, such as blowing film, extruding pipe, pressing plate, wire drawing belt, etc., and can also be used for melting granulation. The single screw extruder usesinvolute gear transmission, with advanced design, high quality, good plasticization, low energy consumption, low noise, smooth operation, long life and other characteristics.
In special cases, the machine can also be designed in accordance with the two-step overall design, to strengthen the plasticizing function, to ensure high output capacity, high performance and stable extrusion.
