FST800217universalindustrialpressuretemperaturesensorisasiliconMEMSstraingaugesensorwhichisglassbondedtoastainlesssteeldiaphragm.Itavoidsinfluencesonproductcausedbytemperature,humidity,mechanicalfatigueandmedium,thustoimproveitslongtermstabilityintheindustrialenvironment.
Itspressurechamberismadeof17-4PHstainlesssteelinanintegratedwaywithoutweldingseamsorO-ringsandfreeofleakagetroubles.Thesensoradoptstheadvanceddigitaltemperaturecompensationandisfeaturedwiththestronginterferenceresistance,wideworkingtemperaturescopeandlongtermstability,etc.
Usedigitaltemperaturechip,assembletemperaturechipandpressurechamberin1pointtooutputseparatepressureandtemperatureatsametime.Theseriesproductsprovideseveraloptionalpressureconnectionsandelectricconnectionsforcustomers.
