Curtain Combustion Tester
Product details
The curtain combustion tester is a special equipment for testing the combustion characteristics of fabrics such as curtains.
Working principle:
According to relevant standards, in a specific test chamber, a curtain sample is hung with specified size and state, and a standard fire source is used to apply flames to it for a certain period of time. Through observation and measurement, the reaction of the material when it encounters fire is evaluated, such as the flame propagation distance and the duration of combustion.
Structural composition:
It mainly consists of a test chamber, which provides a stable and closed space for the combustion test; a fire source device, which can accurately control the flame temperature, height and application time; a timing and data recording system, which automatically records key data during the combustion process; a ventilation and exhaust system, which promptly discharges smoke and harmful gases generated by combustion.
Application scenarios:
It is commonly used for curtain and curtain material testing in public places such as hotels, theaters, and shopping malls, and is also used in the research and development and quality control of home textile companies to ensure that products meet fire safety standards and reduce fire risks.
