Q: How do I pay?
A: Topchase prefer wire transfer. 50% down payment to start production, 50% balance before delivery
The banking information will be included in our Proforma Invoice to you.

Q: How do you start the order?
A: we will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will you the digital photo for your confirmation.

Q: Production time?
A: Topchase regular production time is 10-15 days for 1pc products, 30 days for a container's load, from the date of the order confirmation. However, it can be shorten or extend depending on the order quantity
