Its roundness error is controlled within 0.002mm, ensuring that the wire in high-speed drawing (speed up to 100m/s) when running smoothly to avoid jitter or offset. In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of the guide wheel can make the wire surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality.
