In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel ensures uniform mesh hole size, maintaining an error margin within 5% and meeting the stringent requirements for filter materials. Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels operate stably across a wide temperature range, from –100 °C to 600 °C, making them suitable for both low-temperature frozen pipe production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange of the guide wheel are designed as an integrated unit, eliminating potential detachment issues caused by welding or bonding, and offering a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, the guide wheel can precisely control the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, maintaining a deviation within 0.05 mm and ensuring optimal cable electrical performance.
