Customized channel-shaped titanium carbide guide wheels
The guide wheel features high-precision installation holes, with a fit clearance of 0.005–0.01 mm between the holes and the shaft. This ensures stable rotation without shaking, thereby enhancing guiding accuracy. The guide wheel has low maintenance costs and does not require frequent lubrication; regular cleaning of surface impurities is sufficient, making it ideal for continuous operation in automated production lines. In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel ensures uniform mesh hole size, maintaining an error margin within 5% and meeting the stringent requirements for filter materials. Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels operate stably across a wide temperature range, from –100 °C to 600 °C, making them suitable for both low-temperature frozen pipe production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange of the guide wheel are designed as an integrated unit, eliminating potential detachment issues caused by welding or bonding, and offering a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, the guide wheel can precisely control the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, maintaining a deviation within 0.05 mm and ensuring optimal cable electrical performance.
