Titanium carbide hard guide wheels for industrial use
硬质合金碳化钛导轮是线材和管材生产过程中的关键导向部件。该部件采用高纯度碳化钛和钴粘结剂相，通过粉末冶金烧结而成，表面硬度高达HRC88，耐磨性是传统钢制导轮的50倍以上。其圆度误差保持在0.002毫米以内，确保在高速拉拔过程中（高达100米/秒）线材的平稳运动，并有效防止振动或错位。在不锈钢线材生产中，采用该导轮可将线材表面粗糙度从Ra1.6微米降低到Ra0.4微米，从而显著提高产品质量。导轮可根据具体的线材或管材尺寸定制各种槽型，例如V形、U形和半圆形轮廓，以适应不同的生产需求。经过精密抛光后，表面粗糙度可低至 Ra0.01 μm，从而最大限度地减少摩擦引起的线材损伤，并将金属线材的抗拉强度提高约 10%。在汽车制动拉索制造中，这些部件提供的一致导向可确保拉索张力均匀，并降低使用过程中发生故障的风险。
