Heyou wire mesh can make the ribbed reinforced mesh complicance with Osterreichische Norm ON B4200-7.
From mesh type A60 to A120, the longitude and cross wire is different, the mesh space is 100mm x 300mm. the sheet size of ribbed reinforced mesh is 2400mm x 6000mm. The mesh hole is a rectangle shape. It's popular to use on flooring slab, dividing walls for non loading bearing partitions, construction footing foundation, bridge and pier,colomun,road and highway foundation etc.

How to produce ribbed reinforced mesh?
First, Purchase the raw material from Steel factory according to per contract
Seond, the QC person inspects raw material properties in chemical and mechnical as per contract
Third, Draw to the reqired wire diameter to be smooth round wire or ribbed wire with 3 faces indentation
Fourth, Cutting and straighten wire length as per contract
Fifth, welded on Automatic electric resistance machine which be controlled by computer according to per contract
Finally, after finished producing, messure the wire diameter, mesh space, width length and mechnical propertes as per contract.

Notes: About the Pallet packing is suit for 2.4m x 6m sheet size,but our export sheet size is 2.2m x 5.8m in 40HQ container.Because the 40HQ container's length is 12m, width is 2.35m, heigh is 2.68m. If the size change to 2.2m x5.8m, the cost will be reduced about 1000USD.
