Size（L*W*H): 150*150*20mm
Material: Aluminum Alloy -A1100 (A3003 or other aluminum sheet can be selected)
Thickness of Aluminum Sheet: 3.0mm（1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm）
Thickness of Coating: 35-40 Microns (PVDF coating, three-coat); and 25-30 Microns (PE coating, two-coat) or 40-50 Microns( Powder Coating) are available.
Surface: Perforated-Round-Diameter of Hole:5mm (can be plain or abnormal shape)
Edge: Beveled (different radian)
Finish: PVDF coating (PE coating, Wooden Texture, Powder Coating).
Color: Metallic Silver
Packing: To first paste one layer of protective film on the surface of ASP, and then pack with plastic foam, different packing method can be selected according to different shapes of products or the packing method can customized.
Maximum Length: 6 meters, Maximum Width: 1.80 meters, and Maximum Thickness of Aluminum Sheet: 6mm.
Stiffener: To guarantee the quality of ASP, one or more pieces of stiffeners will be reinforced on the back of ASP according to the size of ASP or requirements by customers.
Hanger Size: 20*20*2mm
Drawing: The production can be completed according to the drawings provided by customers.
