The size of our flat neodymium pot magnets varies from Ø10mm to Ø120mm, that produce wide range of holding force from 2kgs to 480kgs. The grade of standard flat pot magnetsof neodymium are N35 grade, which only work at temperature below 80℃. Other stronger or higher temperature grade can be customized. The neodymium shallow pot magnets with blind end are usually plated with nickel unless specified.
Features Of Strong Blind Ended Neodymium Shallow Pot Magnets
Rust resistance: The nickel plated blind-ended neodymium pot magnets are not absolutely rust proof, and are not suitable for long time use in humid environments or outdoors.
Temperature resistance: The use temperature of the N35 grade pot magnet must be controlled below 80 ℃, and demagnetization and magnetic force will be affected if the temperature is exceeded. Magnets for higher temperatures need to be customized.
Strongest attraction: The magnetic force of the flat shallow pot magnet comes from the strongest rare earth magnet. It is difficult to take away the pot magnet with a blind end pot if it is attracted to the iron plate. The method of translation can only be used.
