Solid Color PPGI
The color coated coil is based on hot-dip galvanized coil and hot-dip aluminized zinc coil. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion), one or more layers of organic coatings are coated on the surface, and then baked and cured to form the product.
Soild color PPGI is one of the color coated boards. PPGI color coated coilis also named after the organic coatings with various colors, so it is called color coated steel coil. For the color coated coilbased on hot galvanizing, in addition to the protection of zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer can cover and protect the steel strip from rusting.
