OurPVC Facing Multilayer Boardis manufactured with high-quality pine wood, Japanese pine wood, Japanese oak wood, or mixed plywood. The surface is double-sided smooth coated with an abrasion-resistant thin film, ensuring both durability and aesthetics.

What is a PVC Composite Multilayer Board?
The PVC composite multilayer board adopts a high-quality eucalyptus/pine multilayer core board treated with high temperature and high pressure. This process makes the structure compact and stable.
The surface is laminated with a 1.2–2mm environmentally friendly PVC film using advanced vacuum hot pressing bonding technology. This ensures no bubbles or delamination, while perfectly presenting the texture and color of the PVC film. The board meets the E1 environmental protection standard, combining high strength, stability, and safety.
Advantages of Multi-layer PVC Sheet
The multilayer solid wood core combined with anti-aging PVC film effectively resists humidity and high temperatures. Even in environments with large temperature differences or high humidity, the multi-layerPVC sheetremains flat, stable, and long-lasting.
Thanks to its uniform physical properties, the board can be cut and spliced in any direction. This flexibility supports complex design requirements and special construction applications.
The multilayer structure provides excellent bending strength and impact resistance, allowing the board to withstand heavy loads and collisions. The PVC film enhances surface hardness, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
The smooth PVC film surface can be used directly for decoration without extra finishing. It also supports drilling, milling, and engraving, making it easy to install connectors or create custom shapes.
