E-640isverysuitableformakingsiliconerubberstonemolds.Itisfeaturedwithextremelylowshrinkage,goodfluidityandresistancetomanykindsofchemicals;Thismaterialdonotreleaseanyby-productwithlowmolecularweightduringitscuringprocess,andit'scuredfromtoptobottomandfromtheinsideandoutsidesimultaneously,namely,deepcuring.TheE-640sereiseplatinumcuredsiliconewillnothavetheproblemofdegradation,stickymoldsurfacecausedbytheexistenceofby-productofsmallmoleculesundercertainconditions,(suchasclosedenvironment,hightemperature).Knownfromourcustomer'sfeedback,itisveryconvenienttomakecementmolds,anditisahigh-qualitysiliconeforconstructionindustries.Furthermore,itcanbeappliedtomakemultiplepiecemoldsforproductswithcomplexdesign.
E-640isalsofeaturedwithlowshrinkageandnearlynilviscosity,goodfluidity;Withoutreleasinganyby-productwithlowmolecularweight,andit'scuredfromtoptobottom,fromtheinsideandoutsidesimultaneously.Itissuitablefortheproductswithmediumsizeorbigsize.
E-640canbeusedinthefieldofconstructionapplications.Becausethevulcanizingreactionsofadditioncuresiliconeisfundamentallydifferentfromtincuresilicone’s,ithassomecharacteristicsthatthecondensationcuretypedonothave,suchasadjustablecuringrate,beingcompletelyenvironmentallyfriendly,andsoon.Therefore,ourplatinumcuresiliconeisparticularlyapplicableforlargestonesmolds,artificialstonemolds,plasterandotherarchitectureelementsreplication.Thefollowingissomedetaileddataabouttheperformanceofthismodel:
