Crank Flying Shear of Hot Rolling Mill Production Line
Equipment features:
1. The crank mechanism of flying shear make the two shearing blade translational motion, in the shearing area the blade nearly perpendicular to the rolling, thus the cutting quality is very good.
2. With adjustable blade slack adjuster, can eliminate the gear clearance and guarantee the reasonable gap between up and down blades.
3. Shear driven with a DC motor by braking-wheel coupling, transmission device connected with the gear box which is in the shear box, with meshing down crank gear.
4. Motor shaft with the brake.
