YN series Dredge Pumps are horizontal cantilevered single stage , single suction pump. Generally. Large dredging depth, high density of dredging mud, good NPSH and strong suction lift ability. it is used in submarine. Can meet all the requirements from the dredge.

Features:
1. Structure suitable for dredging ship: Strong through-put. The pump can persistently discharge gravel, high plastic soil lump,etc. The pump can be directly matched with either motor or diesel engine.
2. YN type pump adopts front-disassembly structure in favor of easy disassembly and maintenance. Also it is equipped with special disassembly tools for each different part according to each parts features.
3. The good NPSH performance of WN type pump ensures the strong suction ability as well as deeper dredging depth and denser dredging concentration.
4. YN Type pump wet-end part uses the high strength antifriction metal materials (KmTBCr27), degree of hardness is not lower than 58HRC, has very strong bears the impact ability and good abrasion.
5. The hydraulic design of WN dredge pump adopt CFD to carry on the flow field simulation, the pump efficiency is high, simultaneously avoids in the flow channel the excessively quick change to the overflow partial attrition, reduce the spare parts the consumption.
6. YN dredge pump to be possible to use the packing seal, the mechanical seal, the skeleton seal(replenishment fat), the wing nut(add rubber seal), and so on many kinds of seal forms.
