Healthy Uhmwpe Polyethylene Custom Carving Board is a green and 100% eco-friendly product. It can direct contact with food. The PE Custom Carving Board has a soft feel similar to wood when slicing, dicing, or chopping, but are more cut-resistant and easy on knives.
Wash your cutting board with dish soap and hot water after each use. Rinse with clear water and air dry. If the cutting board was used for uncooked meat, fish or poultry, sanitize it after cleaning with a solution of one tablespoon of liquid chlorine bleach per gallon of water. Flood the surface with the bleach solution and allow it to air-dry or pat it dry with clean paper towels. Some nonporous cutting boards, including acrylic, plastic or glass, can also be washed in the dishwasher.
You will see our food grade cutting boards own good acid resistance, no odor, mildew resistance, prevention bacterial growth and not splinter. The edges of the cutting boards have been polishing well. In general, our Flexible Cutting Board is better than wood cutting board.
