Sandblast hosealso named sandblasting hose is a kind of rubber hose of transporting material. It consists of inner layer, reinforcement layer and outer layer.
Inner layer:the main materials are polyurethane and butyl rubber added special reinforcing agent. It resists wear, high toughness, high pressure.
Reinforcement layer:cloth sandblast hose uses the high quality cloth, it is a excellent flexible performance and high capacity. Steel wire braided sandblast hose adopts the steel wire braided. It features high pressure resistance and superior flex resistance.
Outer layer:use synthesis natural rubber and other synthetic rubbers, exhibiting good wear- and oxidation resistance.
It is mainly used to transport particles, gravel cement, sand flow, concrete, plaster and other liquid containing solid particles. Ideal for all kinds of tunnel engineering roadway, caverns and other engineering operations.
