Performance characteristics of hydrogenated nitrile rubber roller
The hydrogenated nitrile rubber roller has good oil resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, low temperature resistance and chemical resistance, and can maintain high physical and mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Oil and aging resistance The hydrogenated nitrile rubber roller is suitable for long-term work in a 150 degree high temperature environment where the working medium is oil, which is unsuitable for other rubbers.
Chemically resistant and ozone resistant Hydrogenated nitrile rubber rolls have chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, fluorocarbons and various lubricating oils and fuel oils containing highly corrosive additives at elevated temperatures.
Cold resistance The ordinary hydrogenated nitrile rubber roller has an embrittlement temperature of 7-10 degrees lower than that of the nitrile rubber roller.
