Asphalt Distributor
RD series asphalt distributor adopts imported diesel-burner heating system, with automatic ignition and temperature control function. External power output shaft independent with excellent performance in high temperature resistant clutch, ensures zero start spraying; the industrial computer can controls the spray quantity automatically according to the input parameters and feedback data of radar velocimeter. When the construction ended, uses high pressure air cleaning and diesel oil to immerse the asphalt pump, it is convenient and saving energy. Asphalt spraying control can be completed either in the cab or in the rear of the operating platform. Manual / automatic control mode can realize the independent control of each nozzle, and random adjust the spreading width. The advanced processing technology and strict testing procedure guaranteed each nozzle sprays consistently.
