tangless insert
"Tangless insert" is also called "no mounting shank thread insert" and is a kind of wire thread insert. No mounting shank wire thread inserts have a groove similar to hook shape at both ends. When installing the tangless inserts, special installation tools are used. It is not necessary to distinguish the direction of the inserts. It can be installed directly. The tail thread insert is incomparable with tangless inserts in this way, thus greatly improving work efficiency. And because the tangless insert has no mounting shank, the step of removing the mounting shank is omitted, the working efficiency is further improved, and various problems caused by removal of the mounting shank are completely avoided. The tangless insert is a new type of thread insert developed on the basis of the common thread insert. The tangless insert overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional thread insert mounting handle and low installation efficiency. The commom thread insert’s groove part can’t be controlled precisely results in the phenomenon that the tail is not easy to break or is easily broken. When the handle is removed, the tail easily protrudes, which affects the thread screwing and seriously affects the product quality. After the tail is removed, it is not easy to clean, and it easily causes stagnation. In severe cases, it will affect the quality of the entire product.
