Datian Acorn Nuts Features
Material for Acorn Lock Nut : The main raw materials used in our acorn nuts for sale are: carbon steel (including low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, spring steel), stainless steel (SUS201 SUS202 SUS302 SUS303 SUS304 SUS316 SUS416), alloy steel, etc.
When we use self-locking cap nuts, in general, the surface of cap nuts needs to be treated, including some surface treatment processes such as galvanized, nickel-plated, chrome-plated and Dacromet to make them more rust-proof and improve the fastener's durability. Among these surface treatment processes, chrome plating is the best process. The nut acorn produced by chrome plating not only has a smooth and bright surface, but also has a longer anti-rust and anti-corrosion time, which is comparable to stainless steel.
Acorn-type nuts are mainly used on tires and front and rear axles of automobiles, tricycles, and electric vehicles to fix tires, front and rear, left and right, and can also be used to fix the bases of street light frames and some mechanical equipment that are often exposed to sunlight and rain.
