The dry-wet switching control mechanism and the full-sweep switch adjustment mechanism are set up (left and right separate control cleaning devices are optional), which realizes the diversification of operation modes. According to different operation requirements, dry operation mode and wet operation mode can be used respectively. In each mode, the opening of the left and right suction port switches can be adjusted separately, and the application range is wide.
