Our company has a frofessional engaged in ther design o f press machine,processing and maintenance service technical team,eletrical and mechanical structure and hydraulic control sysytem designed by us independently,and use the modern optimzation design theory and analysisi software for structural and optimal design,compelet all the products mechanical processing independently.We also design and manufacture all kinds of specail-standard machine and toolong according to customer's demand.Our machine's production cycle is short,and provide transportation,installation debug services and so on.
With importing Germany and Japan and other coutries advanced pressure control technical and modern machine design concept on the basis of the actual needs of domestic related industires,development all kinds of table,floor full series of small and meduim press machine.hydraulic seals,pneumatic seals,solenoild valves,booster oil cylinder are used the well-know foreign brand products including parts of native brand products.control system used Siemens PLC,Omron,Schneider and other famous brands electrical components,it makes machine performance more stable and easy to operate.The whole body casting of company is adopted precision casting,heat treatment,stress relief annealing,natural aging processing and so on to eliminate casting stress,to ensure that the casting performance and prevent deformation;the pneumatic press bed is adopted the spheroidal graphite iron(QT450) and ensuring the casting performance by different kinds of essential treatment.
