Various press-fitting modes are available for choice when programs are being set.
1.Constant press-fitting speed, set accurate position stop;
2.Constant press-fitting speed, set accurate pressure stop;
3.Constant press-fitting speed, set accurate displacement stop;
4.Constant press-fitting speed, I/O trigger stop.
This equipment adopts single column structure and touch screen display. Servo motor
drives ball screw rod.
二、Functions of this equipment series are as below:
Position setting function:
1.Display of upper press head position
2.Press-fitting stroke is adjustable.
3.Digital display of actual press-fitting stroke is controllable. Repeated accuracy:±0.005mm;
Touch screen display accuracy:0.001mm.
Pressure setting function:
1.Display press-fitting pressure of press heads;
2.Set upper limit of press heads pressure. When press-fitting press is more than upper limit
pressure, upper press head strokes back immediately to give alarming.
3.Set lower limit of press heads pressure. When press-fitting press is less than lower limit
pressure, upper press head strokes back immediately to give alarming.
4.Pressure display:0-5000Kg(or 0-5000N), pressure control accuracy:1‰ (500-5000Kg),
5% or more (less than 500Kg).
三、Electric control device:
1.Electrical appliance control cabinet has illuminating lamp for inspection and maintenance.
Main electrical components adopt famous brands from at home and abroad.
2.Control system includes two kinds of operation modes, manual operation and semi-automatic
single circulation.
3.PLC adopts German Siemens Brand. Touch screen adopts German Siemens or WEINVIEW
brand. Ball screw rod adopts Switzerland imported brand. Servo motor and controller are Japanese
Yaskawa Brand. And other electrical components are all imported brands or domestic famous brands.
