It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has fixed assets of 60 million yuan. After more than 20 years of development, the company has become a modern high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, sales, production and service.
The company specializes in the production of epoxy resin potting compounds, sealants and polyurethane potting compounds,we are large-scale enterprises. Products are widely used in electronic appliances, photovoltaic, wind power, LED, motor vehicles, new energy vehicles, functional building and other fields.
The company has long-term technical cooperation with scientific research institutes to carry out research on new materials. In 2008, it set up a research and Development Center for enterprises. It has strong technical force and continuously develops new products. Five invention patents have been obtained, six of which are in the process of declaration. They have participated in the drafting and formulation of industry standards for battery sealants and epoxy diluents, and the standards for capacitor sealants are also in the process of drafting. It has passed ISO 9001, TS16949 quality management system certification, ISO 1400 environmental system certification, UL American safety certification and so on. 95% of the products meet ROHS environmental protection standards.
With modern production lines and advanced experimental and testing equipment, we have maintained close contact with well-known domestic enterprises for a long time, while exporting to India, Japan, Russia, Vietnam and so on.
