PTFE Lined Metal Hose
are made from stainless steel metal hoses and lined with PTFE. They are mainly used in chemical pipelines and high viscosity liquid pipelines, and have good electrical insulation after being lined with PTFE. The inner structure is lined with 0.5-5mm thick polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE on the stainless steel metal corrugated hose, and the outer layer is made of stainless steel wire woven mesh. PTFE lined metal hoses are resistant to strong acids and bases, and are often used to transport corrosive liquids such as strong acids, strong alkalis, weak acids, weak alkalis, strong oxidants, strong reducing agents, etc. PTFE lined hoses can withstand strong acids and alkalis. The temperature range for using PTFE lined hoses is -54 ℃ to+200 ℃, with intermittent use. The temperature resistance range is -73 ℃ to+230 ℃. PTFE lined hoses can withstand higher pressure than outer mesh braided hoses, making them safer.
