KRSFRPanti-corrosionroofsheethasmanymeritsincludeextrahardness,widetemperatureapplicationrange,corrosionresistance,resistancetohail,fireproofing,easytoinstallandservicelifereachingaslongasover20years.ItsolveboththeweaknessofPVCsheetandtherustofSteelsheet,thencombinetheflexibilityadvantageofPVCsheetandhardnessadvantageofsteelsheetperfectly,thereforetheFRProofroofsheetisdeeplywelcomedbyconsumersandwidelyappliedonallkindsoflongspanworkshop,warehouseandwallcladding.

vExtraHardness:ThehardnessofKRSFRPanti-corrosionroofsheetisthesameasmetalsheet.Whilethehailimpactstheroofsheet,the≤0.4mmcolormetalsheetwillbecomesagsandcrests,the≤3.0mmPVCsheetwillbebrokenorcracked,howeverKRSFRPanti-corrosionrooftilesdonothaveanycrackorbreak.EvenwestriketheFRPsheetwithhammer,itishardtobreakit.
vExtraresistancewidetemperaturerange:From-40°Cto+250°C,thephysicalandmechanicalpropertieskeepstable.After30freeze-thawcycle,thereisnoanyhollow,bubble,strippingandcrackonthesurface.
vExtraweatherability:Itcanbewidelyappliedinverycold,hightemperature,muchhumidandseriouspollutionarea.
vExtraLoadCapacity:BecauseKRSFRProoftilehaveextraloadcapacity,thepurlindistancecanextend1800mm,atthesametimethereisnoanywarpageanddeformationfrom-40°Cto+250°C.ChoosingFRProoftilecansavealotofconstructioncost.
vExtracorrosionresistance:Undercorrosionandhumidcondition,thesteelsheeteasilyrust,itmaketheroofuglyanddanger.TheappearanceandphysicalpropertiesofKRSFRProoftiledonotchangeanymoreaftersoakinginthe15%hydrochloricacid,20%sulfuricacid,5%sodiumhydroxideor40%hydrofluoricacid.
