Features:
Direct shear drawing test system is an integrated machine with two functions of direct cutting and drawing, as long as by changing a small amount of tooling fixtures, two test functions can be achieved:

The horizontal loading device adopts servo electric cylinder to realize full digital speed closed-loop control, which has the advantages of stable speed, wide speed range and high positioning accuracy, and the stretching speed can be set arbitrarily.
The normal loading device is realized by manual hydraulic or automatic electric cylinder, which is convenient and reliable, and the pressure is stable. The pin connection technology can quickly and simply change the clamp required for testing;
It has a variety of hardware and software protection measures such as overload and over-travel to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

Test Procedures
Ensure the test requirements are met; then, the geosynthetic material sample is placed flat on the soil sample or embedded in the soil in the prescribed manner, and its position is secured.
Set the test parameters: According to the test standards and requirements, set parameters such as direct shear or pull-out speed, vertical pressure, and data acquisition frequency in the control system.
Conduct the test: Start the testing machine. The loading system applies vertical pressure and horizontal force according to the set parameters. Sensors collect force and displacement data in real time. The control system processes and displays the data. During the test, observe the test phenomena, such as the deformation and failure of the sample.
Test completion and data processing: When the test termination conditions are met, stop the test and turn off the power; export the test data from the control system, organize and analyze the data according to relevant standard methods, and calculate the performance indicators of the geosynthetic material, such as direct shear friction coefficient, shear strength, and pull-out resistance.
