About vibration box and raw materials feeding: we use the advantage German Frequency Conversion Control Technology to make the density of different types of blocks produced are nice.4. A Whole piece casting plate used for our vibration box used not welded by iron plates to make our vibration box stronger and longer lifespan.5. Certificates: CE; ISO9001:2000; SGS.6.Raw material of our block mould is Q345B or as buyer's requirements and adopt heat treatment technology, advanced CNC linear cutting technology for Unipaver molds not welded ones.7. The fastest cycle time can reach 12-13s/pallet for solid blocks! It means higher output capacity per day! 24 Hours working for our machine is not a problem.
