Dual Door- Block Soaking Machine: Enhancing Brick Curing and Construction Efficiency
In the cement brick production process, proper curing of green bricks is essential for strength and overall quality. Traditionally, workers use manual spraying with water hoses, which is inefficient and uneven. Many bricks remain dry inside the stack, especially during hot summer months, where water evaporates quickly. This leads to subpar results and low productivity.

Similarly, bricks used in construction must be pre-soaked, as dry bricks are difficult to apply mortar on. Traditionally, soaking is done by immersing bricks directly into water, which takes too long, delays the construction process, and often leads to wet clothing and inconvenience.

To address these challenges, KBL Machinery has developed a fully automated Dual Door- Block Soaking Machine. This system improves soaking efficiency and ensures even water penetration throughout the brick stack. Operated via a PLC controller, the machine allows for adjustable soaking times depending on the type of brick. It significantly reduces labor intensity and increases automation in both the curing of cement bricks and the soaking of construction bricks.

The automatic process ensures stability during pallet stacking, reducing damage and debris from brick collisions.
