Single Door- Block Soaking Machine: Boosting Efficiency in Cement Brick Curing and Pre-Construction Soaking
In cement brick production, curing green bricks is vital for achieving proper strength and quality. Traditionally, workers spray water manually over brick stacks. However, this process is time-consuming, uneven, and often fails to deliver sufficient moisture to inner layers—especially problematic during hot weather when water evaporates quickly. As a result, the curing effect is poor, and overall efficiency is low.
In construction, bricks must be pre-soaked before use to prevent them from absorbing water from mortar. Commonly, bricks are submerged in water manually, which takes time, delays progress, and causes inconvenience such as wet clothes when retrieving bricks.
To solve these problems, KBL Machinery has developed the Single Door- Block Soaking Machine, an automated system that simplifies and standardizes the soaking process. This machine allows bricks to be soaked thoroughly, with programmable timing tailored to different brick types via PLC control.
The soaking process runs with high automation, improving consistency while reducing labor intensity. Pallet stacking is smooth and stable, preventing brick collision and debris. Whether for curing cement bricks or preparing bricks for construction, this solution enhances workflow and delivers excellent soaking results.
