The application of test forces is managed through a sophisticated closed-loop control system, incorporating a load cell, a DC motor, and an advanced electronic measurement and control unit, thereby eliminating the need for conventional dead weights. This modern approach guarantees exceptionally precise measurements for all test loads, maintaining an accuracy within 0.5%.

Thanks to its plug-and-play technology, installation is significantly quicker and easier compared to the traditional machines that rely on weights.

With its automated Z-Axis functionality, initiating the test is as simple as pressing the START button. The machine autonomously handles the entire testing process, adjusting for variations in sample size, positioning, and the separation between the indenter and the sample surface. The sample is automatically elevated to align with the indenter, ensuring the test is completed without manual intervention.

This method surpasses the precision of manual wheel lifting or dead weight-based machines, which are susceptible to variability based on user handling..

The machine’s design includes an elongated “dolphin nose,” enabling a vertical test height of 300mm and a throat depth of 220mm.

Constructed with an integrated casting body and a broader base, the machine boasts enduring stability.

Additionally, it is equipped with an in-built micro-printer and a USB connection for PCs, facilitating convenient data documentation and transfer.

Automatic testing cycle: Lifting of part, pre-loading, loading, dwell, unloading, results will be finished automatically.

Measuring results digitally displaying and can be printed, or transmitted to external computer automatically by USB port.

Test HR value can be convert to the value of HB, HV, HK and σb value.

The tester meets all the following standard such as ISO 6508-2, ASTM E18.
