Fireproof Aluminum Composite Panel

a. fireproof aluminum composite panel
Fireproof aluminum composite panel's main material is the flame retardant core material that has the combustion performance reaching the refractory level (class B1) or non-combustible (class A); At the same time, other performance indicators should meet the technical requirements of the aluminum composite panel.
b. antibacterial and anti-mold aluminum composite panel

The combustion performance of building materials in China is classified as follows:
Class A: non-combustible building materials.
Class B1: refractory building materials.
Class B2: combustible building materials.
Class b: flammable building materials.
The grade of the fireproof aluminum composite panel should not be lower than B1.
1. Detection indicators and requirements of the fire-resistant aluminum composite panel (class B1):
- According to GB/T8625-88 standard, the average length of each group specimens is 150 mm or more, (either remaining length > 0), and the average flue gas temperature is 200 ℃ or less.
- According to GB/ t8626-88, the flame tip height indicator is below 150mm, and the phenomenon of burning filter paper is not allowed.
- According to GB/ t8627-1999, the smoke density level (SDR) is less than 75.
2. Detection indicators and requirements of the fire-resistant aluminum composite panel (A class non-combustible composite sandwich material):
- According to GB/T8625-88 standard, the average length of each group specimens is 350 mm or more, (either remaining length > 200mm), and the average flue gas temperature is 125 ℃ or less and no combustion on the back of the specimen.
- According to GB/ t8627-1999, the smoke density level (SDR) is less than 15
- According to GB/ t14402-93 and GB/ t14403-93 standard, the material heat 3 value is less than or equal to 4.2MJ/kg, and the released heat of the unit area of the specimen is less than or equal to 16.8MJ/m2;
Features of the fireproof aluminum composite panel:
