The Grooved Rigid Coupling offers a high-strength, reliable pipe connection solution, ideal for applications requiring a firm, immobile joint. Unlike flexible couplings, this design virtually eliminates angular deflection, axial movement, and rotation after installation. With embedded grip teeth and robust construction, it serves as a modern alternative to traditional flanging, welding, or threading.

Structure & Working Principle:
This coupling comprises three primary components: a sealing rubber gasket, precision-machined clamp housing, and twin bolts. The gasket fits into the grooved pipe ends and is compressed by the clamp, which is locked securely by the bolts. As internal pressure increases, the sealing performance improves.
