Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant
Product Description
Stationary asphalt mixing plant can be divided into two types. One is drum type and the other is compulsory type.
has no mixer. It uses drying drum to dry aggregates and mix them with bitumen. Usually, no ore powder is used. It is usually used to build small, low-level countryside road.
has mixer. There are scales for all materials to ensure accuracy of the asphalt formula. Ore powder will be added to the mixture and all materials will be mixed in mixer. Usually, bag house filter is used to protect the environment. It is widely used for high-standard road like expressway, national highway etc.
Drum type of is composed of the following parts:
1) Cold aggregate bin;
2) Slanted belt conveyor;
3) Aggregate drier;
4) Bitumen system. Including bitumen tank, bitmen pump and bitumen pipes;
5) Two level dust collector. Volute casing dust collector plus bag house dust collector or Cyclone dust collector plus water dust collector;
6) Finished product elevator;
7) Finished product bin.
