Crane Wheel
The crane trolley wheelsare important components used for the traveling of the bridge or gantry crane wheeland the running of the trolley.
The wheel is made of ZG430-640 cast steel or the ZG-50SiMn low alley steel, hardening depth of the wheel tread part will not lower than 20mm.
Specification of Crane Wheel
Regarding the ZG430-640 cast steel wheel, the hardness of the rolling surface is about 300-350HB, regarding ZG-50SiMn, it is about 420-480HB.
Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules
