Introduction of vertical flexible polyfoam cutting machine:The vertical flexible polyfoam cutting machine is a kind of indispensable equipment for processing polyurethane foam plastic and is one of our cutting machine series. It cuts foam plastics into cubes in longitudinal direction through the vertical movement of strip cutter.

Operation principle and technical parameters:Strip cutter on four tightening wheels driven by electromotor moves at a high speed to cut foam into cubes while the worktable on two rails moves perpendicular to the cutter. There is enough tumbling space offered for foam block under the suspending arm. Besides a sharpening device is fixed on the vertical sides on the cutter in order to always keep the cutter sharp while working and a setting plate is mated with the worktable to cut foam into required size.

There are two models available for the machine in terms of cutting height namely Model PSL-15 and Model PSL-12.
